Our 4 week, ONLINE, Social Anxiety (Social Phobia) Program is designed to help you feel more comfortable in social situations.

Your weekly, one-on-one sessions, will be done virtually and led by a Mental Health Professional.

Your counselor will book your weekly sessions, based on your schedule.

Once registered our team of  intake counsellors will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your first session.

Signs & Symptoms

Thoughts:

  • I’m going to say something stupid
  • They won’t like me.
  • They will think I am stupid
  • People can tell I’m anxious.

Emotions:

  • Anxiety/worry/fear

Physical sensations:

  • Blushing

    This program helped me so much with my social anxiety. I was always avoiding crowded places and didn’t even want to go to my office Christmas party because there was going to be so many people. With this program I was able to face my fear, and now I can do it
