Our 4 week, ONLINE, OCD Program will help reduce your anxious thoughts and compulsive behaviours.

Your weekly, one-on-one sessions, will be done virtually and led by a Mental Health Professional.

Your counselor will book your weekly sessions, based on your schedule.

Once registered our team of  intake counsellors will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your first session.

The Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Program provides a comprehensive approach to help people with OCD.

OCD Signs & Symptoms:

  • Fear of contamination ( germs or dirt) .
  • Fear of being out of control and harming yourself or others .
  • Intrusive and repetitive thoughts.
  • Compulsions that temporarily relieve the stress and anxiety brought on by an recurring thoughts.

Common Compulsive Behaviours include:

  • Excessive double-checking, such as locks, appliances, and switches.
  • Repeatedly checking in on loved ones to make sure they’re safe.Counting, tapping, repeating certain words, or doing senseless
  • things to reduce anxiety.
  • Spending a lot of time washing or cleaning.

Our 4 week, ONLINE, OCD Program can help you by easing anxiety and reducing your OCD compulsions.

Week 2: Learn to resist OCD compulsions
Week 3: Challenge obsessive thoughts
Week 4: Manage Stress
