Our 4 week, ONLINE, DBT Program can help you improve your quality of life by having better relationships, self-esteem and emotional regulation.

Your weekly, one-on-one sessions, will be done virtually and led by a Mental Health Professional.

Your counselor will book your weekly sessions, based on your schedule.

Once registered our team of  intake counsellors will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your first session.

Initially created to help people with Borderline Personality Disorder, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) focuses on helping you learn to better mange your emotions and your social interactions.

    I have borderline and this DBT program was exactly what I needed to learn how to manage my emotions…I would usually react very badly in situations and had no control over my reactions but after this program I was much much better at not reacting impulsively
