Our 4 week, ONLINE, DBT Program can help you improve your quality of life by having better relationships, self-esteem and emotional regulation.
Your weekly, one-on-one sessions, will be done virtually and led by a Mental Health Professional.
Your counselor will book your weekly sessions, based on your schedule.
